In recent months the developing world of infographics has given rise to many and strained tools for providing viewers with more than just words. One of the few that seemed to be of practical value has been re.vu.
So, I constructed my own re.vu here

Several years ago we discovered a leak at the back patio door. It was ruining our wooden floor. So we pulled out the tradesmen list and tracked down two artisans who came in and repaired the work. As I watched them I began taking pictures of their work. You can see it below:
I didn't think much of it at the time. Then several months later I discovered an invitation from YouTube to 'monetize my channel. The reason for the invitation was this single video on it about wood floor repairing.
When the time came to begin producing material that would be able to be seen both in the iOS world, on 'Droid, and on computers we began posting everything we did to Youtube first. Here is the channel link.
Once I discovered how to leverage PowerPoint 2010's ability to save documents as a .wmv file I began experimenting with the use of presentermedia gif files and audio voice overs which led to my versions of infographics as seen here:
Facebook Advertising
At Celtic Wind Investment Nicola was looking for campaign ideas for Facebook advertising. She had sent a few ideas over and I asked for an hour to develop a different approach for her use:
A Learning Experience
George, Tom and I had a discussion about the gift we received from our host, AdvancedProduct.com. We wanted to conduct a campaign, so after George painstakingly worked his way through a comparative I was given the task of creative for our email assault.
There are two things that I'm always concerned about. First there is the spam issue. I don't want to be labeled as a SPAMmer. Second, after a year with Celtic Wind Investment and all the work done on the Book, Florida Bargain and Sell). I wanted to keep the door open to Land Trusts when I emailed.
So, here then, are the first graphics I've put together:
The plan was to use each slide and copy I'd create as either an email or a landing page. These drafts, since they are created in PowerPoint allow me to modify them and/or add copy. The graphics (by presentermedia.com) are exquisite
We are now in the second day of this campaign. First results were encouraging and we've targeted a follow up eacy day of the week.
